Nobody knows exactly where Ice Cream Cake is from, but it is a popular belief that it originated in California. Seed Junky Genetics, which is based in the state, is said to have created the strain. However, there is another grower from California, called Mad Scientist Genetics, that created its own version of the strain. This version is a bit different though. Instead of being a mix of Gelato 33 and Wedding Cake, this version is a mix of Cheesecake and Dream Cookie. These are very different strains, which is why the taste and effects are not exactly the same.

When it comes to THC, Ice Cream Cake is on the higher end with 23.1%. However, it doesn’t contain any CBD. The cannabinoids come to a total of 27.4%.
